ABOUT US

—Sight Unseen’s online shop was created and curated by the co-founders of Sight Unseen, Jill Singer and Monica Khemsurov. To read more about us and about the main site, an online magazine devoted to the creative process, click here.

PAYMENTS

—We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. All payments processed by Paypal.

SHIPPING

—For the moment we can ship internationally to much of Europe, for a flat rate. However in most cases we are able to ship to other countries upon special request — if you don’t see your country listed in the shipping options, please email us at hello@sightunseen.com to discuss.
—US shipping charges for most items are $10 for the first item and $5 for each additional item. Canada shipping charges for most items are $15 for the first item and $5 for each additional item. UK and Europe shipping charges vary, and in many cases these items can not be reliably insured, so anything above $250 retail may need to be arranged and paid for separately via FedEx or UPS.
—Flat fee only applies to items purchased in a single transaction, no exceptions.
—In most cases, items are shipped directly from the designer, so shipping methods may vary, but most shipments are insured. Please allow 5 to 10 days for shipping, or longer if specified for made-to-order pieces.
—For all packages shipped outside the US, we can not guarantee transit times. Either be prepared to wait up to 3 weeks for your order, or contact us at hello@sightunseen.com to discuss expedited shipping options.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

—For all orders shipped outside the US, be aware that our prices do not account for VATs or other customs duties that may be added by your country upon receipt, so please educate yourself about potential costs and delivery delays before placing your order. Unfortunately Sight Unseen cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or delivery delays your package may incur due to international export from the US.

RETURN POLICY

—For items listed as “In stock” or “one of a kind” at the time of purchase, items may be returned in perfect condition up to 7 days after their initial receipt for a full refund, less initial shipping costs. Contact us at returns@sightunseen.com to initiate the returns process. Buyer must pay return shipping fees.
—For items listed as “Made to order” at the time of purchase, returns are prohibited unless the item is defective. This is to protect our designers who are custom-fabricating each order at their own expense.
