You could pretty much marble anything at this point and we’d be into it. But Forrest Lewinger’s petite marbled tumblers are somehow even cooler than your average swirly vessel. Maybe it’s their perfectly calibrated hues; maybe it’s the way they make drinking even kale juice kind of magical. We’re also really into the way they’re made — Lewinger coats the inside of a plaster mold with two different glazes, leaves it to dry, and then pours liquid slip into the mold to rehydrate the glaze and suck it off of the walls. “What you’re left with is a beautiful, unpredictable, and cosmic surface,” says the designer. Price is for a single tumbler.
Materials: Clay, glaze
Measurements: Approximately 4 inches tall, with a 2.5-inch diameter. Because each cup is made by hand, expect slight variations
