Silva/Bradshaw

–Olla Ring

The magic of Brooklyn duo Silva/Bradshaw’s Olla ring lies in its cone-like geometry and its delicately folded inner edge: the shape a flat circle assumes when bent along a radial axis. That shape also echoes the traditional coifs worn by Catholic nuns, who employ it to demonstrate piety. Cast in ultra-pure, anti-tarnish sterling silver in New York City and plated with rose gold in Providence, Rhode Island, the high-polish ring can be worn with its widest end facing upwards or downwards over the knuckle — each way offers its own striking look.
