ROLU

–Shapes After Guy

ROLU’s Shapes After Guy (and Lost at Sea) necklaces resemble the trio’s plywood furniture, but take inspiration from the late artist Guy de Cointet. Say the designers: “In life, one becomes aware of a language beyond words: metaphysics, mystery, Bohm’s Implicate Order. If we could embody this unknowable language, we’d start with these shapes, drawn from the set design for de Cointet’s 1976 performance, Lost At Sea.” The necklaces may also be worn in reverse or, as they graduate in length, all at once. Style names, from left to right: Big C, Zigzag, Dipper, Diamond.

Materials: Plywood, felt, leather
Measurements: Big C, 18” cord, Diamond 27”, Dipper 32”, Zigzag 38”
