The project is for the fabrication and installation of a series of wooden pre-fabricated organic-shaped fence panels, and railings — as well as the wooden recladding of the exterior facade to match. The total budget for the scope described in the linked Bid Set is a GMP (guaranteed maximum price) of $25,000-$30,000. The ideal project schedule is 1-2 months to both make it most profitable for you, fit he clients’ overall budget, and timely for the project. Fabrication and installation would take place in the first quarter of 2026.
