The Customer Service Representative at Ravenhill Studio is responsible for working with our Sales team to enhance our customers’ experience. If you’re a detail-oriented brand ambassador who thrives helping people get answers to their questions, we encourage you to apply.

Through a holistic understanding of our clients and their needs, the Customer Service Representative helps the Sales team hit our monthly targets by providing superior customer support, working across Studio departments to answer questions and proactively address issues. This person has a deep understanding of our products, our story, and the functions of all Studio departments.

This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and works closely to support Sales Account Managers.
