Attend site visits, create detailed follow-up reports

Prepare and organize client presentations, proposals, and supporting documentation.

Experience with procurement, purchasing systems, and vendor relations (Studio Designer).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, professional, and solution-oriented.
Exceptionally organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple deadlines across different projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
Knowledge of both contemporary and vintage furniture, materials, finishes, and decorative arts.
Ability to lead internal teams and mentor junior designers.
