Event that inspired you to be a designer: When I was under his direction at the Design Academy, I had a few very difficult times with Gijs Bakker, the co-founder of Droog. He's not an easy person to handle, but he has a sharp eye. I realize now that by being tough with me, he helped me gain confidence in my work.
