At the end of our visit we headed upstairs to the workshop, where various pieces were in progress. Of their process, Stephanie says: "We try to keep design time sacred. It’s harder to do now, because we’re also running the business on top of designing. But basically we design the work; Crystal oversees design development, so she’ll take it through renderings and a myriad of options before we come back together. Hillary’s our front of house, so she manages our subcontractors, keeps in touch with our clients, keeps our books, keeps our schedule. I run our shop, so I am in charge of fabrication and making sure everything gets executed in a timely fashion and prototyping and things of that nature."
