The Head of Sales Americas is responsible for leading ZETR’s commercial expansion across the Americas region, with a focus on luxury residential and commercial sectors. This leadership role drives strategic sales planning, market development, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with ZETR’s global growth ambitions. The ideal candidate will combine visionary thinking and curiosity with hands-on execution, building high-value relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
Lead the rollout of the ZETR brand across the Americas, focusing on face-to-face sales and relationship building.
Set short- and long-term commercial strategy aligned with our global growth ambitions and strategy.
Translate business vision into actionable sales plans and market activation strategies.
Partner with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, new channels, and competitive differentiators.
Lead business planning cycles with Finance, Product, and Marketing [based in AU]
Develop sales systems and processes.Identify and develop pricing strategy in with the executive team.
Sales Strategy & Commercial Execution
Maintain an active and qualified pipeline at 3x quarterly sales target.
Develop and generate quarterly and annual sales plans.
Lead commercial negotiations with key customers, partners, and distributors.
Expand market presence and implement a top-tier client service strategy that delivers an exceptional experience across all customer segments including but not limited to architects, designers, wholesalers, furniture manufacturers, and trades through targeted outreach and relationship management
Build and optimise multi-channel sales strategies—including direct, retail, distribution, and strategic partnerships—to drive scalable growth.
Drive growth in project size, targeting high-value projects ($50k and $100k+).
Ensure disciplined CRM usage across the team, including accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and win/loss analysis.
Team Leadership & Culture
Build, lead, and coach a high-performing multi-region sales team who embody the ZETR values.
Set and implement clear performance goals your team with regular feedback and development plans.
Foster collaboration with HQ finance, sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to drive end-to-end commercial success.
Financial Management & Reporting
Co-develop and manage the regional P&L in partnership with the CFO, ensuring budget allocations and travel expenses are tracked for ROI.
Monitor sales margins and implement initiatives to protect or grow profitability across product categories and customer segments.
Generate and present detailed sales reports, covering product performance, client trends, and geographic insights.
Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews, sharing strategic wins, project highlights, and improvement opportunities.
Report regularly on key financial metrics including turnover, gross margin, and segment performance to inform strategic decisions.
Maintain full visibility of the sales pipeline, by adjusting forecasts and win/loss analysis regularly via our CRM and reporting tools and or dashboards.
Market Development & Customer Experience
Serve as a Brand Ambassador for ZETR in the Americas: Introduce the brand, its culture, and products to the market.
Capture market insights and competitive intelligence to refine sales strategy and inform R&D.
Ensure exceptional customer experience across all project stages, from specification to aftersales.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
Proven success in scaling sales across the Americas
Proven track record of closing high-value projects ($50k+ and $100k+)
Experience managing regional sales teams and owning P&L
Fluency in CRM and pipeline management tools
International experience aligning local strategy to global objectives
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Architecture or Design
