When Glossier joined our 2018 Sight Unseen OFFSITE show aiming to promote its focus on sustainability, we facilitated a showcase of the brand’s collaboration with up-and-coming designer Kim Markel, who created a suite of translucent furniture in reclaimed plastic composed partly of Glossier’s pink-hued packaging empties. The project not only brought the brand’s aesthetic to life in a new medium but told a compelling story that captivated fairgoers and the media alike.
