The “It” Colors of the Season, According to AD France
We really wouldn’t trade anything for the immediacy of coming here every day to share our favorite things, but truth be told, our first love was magazines. And if we had to pick one magazine to return to — that truly felt like a kindred spirit, and that had consistently flawless taste — it might be AD France, as the French version of Architectural Digest is known. There, you’ll find obscure design-trend round-ups, ’70s-inspired interiors, new talents to watch, and, most important, styled editorial photoshoots featuring the designs of the day. The latest, created by AD’s creative director Thibaut Mathieu and stylist Aurore Lameyre in collaboration with photographer Peter Langer, focuses on this season’s color palettes, which, according to them, include “soap bubble” shades, dense blues, golden hues, raspberries, and copper. It was too good not to repost here.
